Our requirements
We are looking for professionals in various roles:
- Java programming professionals: both at junior levels (zero years experience and above) and senior levels (3+ years).
- Technical Specialists: systems professionals who understand Unix, Linux, TCP/IP networking, Web technology, Internet security issues, together with basic Unix system administration, shellscripting, etc.. Work experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Tech Support Executives: professionals who provide first-level technical support and assistance to end-users and clients in the areas of networking, Internet connectivity, email, etc. Work experience of at least one year mandatory.

We have some interesting statistics for our current recruitment process, based on our records for the period 1 July 2005 to 31 Jan 2007:

In the month of May 2006 alone, we have administered written tests to 529 applicants, aggregated across all positions. We have called a few of them for interviews, but not found anyone suitable. Therefore, purely by probability theory and the figures of May 2006, it is more likely that a random applicant can get a seat at the IITs after clearing the JEE than get an offer of employment from us.
